We are not licensed travel agents. Our role is solely advisory—we provide travel recommendations, curated itineraries, and booking links, but we do not make reservations or handle payments on your behalf. All bookings must be made directly by you through third-party providers.

2. Communication
All communication regarding your trip planning, including discussing preferences, requests, and itinerary details, will be handled via email. This ensures clear documentation of all requests and agreed-upon details.

3. Itinerary Delivery
Your custom itinerary will be delivered in a Google Doc within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe based on the complexity of the trip. We will communicate expected delivery times upon booking our services.

4. No Liability for Travel Disruptions
We are not responsible for any travel disruptions, cancellations, schedule changes, closures, or other unforeseen issues related to flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, or any other aspect of your trip. It is your responsibility to review cancellation policies, travel insurance options, and refund policies for all bookings.

5. Nonrefundable Fees
Once trip planning has begun, all fees are nonrefundable, regardless of changes in travel plans, cancellations, or other circumstances. If you need modifications after receiving your itinerary, we may offer minor adjustments at our discretion.

6. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date recommendations. However, prices, availability, and travel restrictions are subject to change. We encourage you to verify all details before booking.

7. Travel Insurance & Documentation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected disruptions. It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other necessary travel documents.

8. Personal Responsibility
By using our services, you acknowledge that all travel decisions are ultimately your own. We are not liable for any issues, injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your trip.
